Key points:
1. The VIN confirms ownership
2. Vehicle VIN confirms a match to the title VIN.
3. Documents include title pictures, Odometer readings, and VIN/data plate photos, 
4. External photos, interior, engine bay, undercarriage.
5. Engine oil stick to confirm that the level is good and oil clean.
6. Roadtest video confirming steering and braking performance.
7. Photos of good and bad issues. (Rust. chipped glass, missing parts)         
8. Magnet test for excessive body filler.
